Cancellation Policy

 

To respect both your time and mine, I ask that all clients adhere to the following policy:

 

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations made within less than the required notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and you may still be charged the full service amount.

 

No-Shows

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will be required to pay in full before booking again.

 

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.

 

Emergency Situations

I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
